The people that did the hearing was brilliant and Nikita listened to them, really well they were very nice and polite. The staff on reception was kind and polite and made us very welcome. Thank you very much.

Very thorough with the hearing test. Did feel like I had to explain a few times I had already seen an ENT consultant who had confirmed glue ear and would need grommets, however, the lady performing the test did contradict what I was saying rather than listening.
